NASM-CPT, NBC-HWC — trained, certified, and serviced by the gold standards only!

Hi, I’m Braelyn.

—the founder & CEO of Bloom with Brae LLC. I help women—especially beginners and busy professionals—build confidence and take control of their health in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.

My passion for wellness coaching comes from understanding how habits, mindset, and environment shape our outcomes, and from personal experience learning that lasting change starts with self-belief, using available resources, and continuing to show up—even when it’s challenging.

With a background in kinesiology and health and wellness coaching, I combine personal training, general nutrition guidance, and behavior change to create a supportive and practical approach. I believe growth comes from staying committed to the process—because it’s only failure when you stop trying.

Philosophy

My coaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that each individual is the expert of their own life and already possesses the capacity for growth, change, and transformation. My role is not to fix or direct, but to serve as a supportive partner who helps clients uncover their own solutions in a space built on trust, transparency, and emotional safety.

I emphasize autonomy, accountability, self-discovery while supporting psychological safety, cultural humility, and ethical practice through ongoing self-reflection and awareness of bias. Ultimately, my goal is to create a collaborative space where clients feel supported but never dependent, empowered to take ownership of their journey, and guided to grow with clarity, confidence, and alignment so they can truly bloom. 🌿

My Approach - what is it like?

I approach coaching through:

  • a servant leadership lens

  • prioritizing empathy

  • active listening

  • a genuine, respectful connection that honors where each client is in their journey, while upholding clear, ethical professional boundaries.

Coaching with me is a space where you can feel fully heard, respected, and never rushed. My coaching presence is rooted in curiosity, emotional safety, and respect for your lived experience. I pay attention not only to what you share, but also to tone, energy, and nonverbal cues, using that awareness to guide conversations with care rather than control. I focus on asking thoughtful, value-based questions that help you explore your own beliefs and motivations, creating space for reflection instead of correction or pressure.

I integrate appreciative inquiry and positive psychology to take a strength-based, future-focused approach—helping clients:

  • recognize what is already working

  • build on their strengths

  • reframe challenges as opportunities for growth.
