In-person personal training gives you hands-on coaching, real-time form correction, and 60-min fully customized workouts to help you get stronger, safer, and more consistent with your fitness goals. Depending on the location you pick:
Local (within 10 mile radius) rates are $40 per hour.
Distanced (11-30 mile radius) rates are $50-60 per hour.

All active personal training clients receive access to the “Building with Brae” membership, which includes their preferred training method, a self-management plan, and weekly check-ins to review progress together. “Blooming with Brae” includes everything in “Building with Brae,” plus 120 minutes per month of 1:1 virtual health and wellness coaching for additional support with navigating weekly goals, setting boundaries, and creating sustainable lifestyle habits.

Absolutely! I can create workout plans that fit your schedule with little-to-no additional equipment. Remember: small, actionable steps add up! Reviewing and revisiting self-managment plan and weekly check-in’s are meant to fill in any gaps, taking you closer to achieve your goals!
